Working hypothesis: personal AI becomes more valuable when it preserves continuity, its own history and the differences of its human counterpart. Exchange should multiply knowledge without collapsing every system into the same average perspective.

Research as a living system, not a one-off model.

The target architecture separates personal continuity from replaceable compute intelligence. A personal AI could adopt new models and capabilities without losing its history and context every time a provider changes.
