ATS WORKFLOW RESCUE

Keep your ATS. Remove the work you hate.

Keep the recruiting system your team already knows. We connect the existing ATS and remove the workflows that cost time every day: duplicate entry, CV intake, email activity capture, talent-pool search, follow-ups and reactivation.

START WITH THE WORK THAT STEALS TIME

Five workflows your team should not have to keep doing by hand

01

We enter the same candidate data twice.

Connect the systems and update the right record once, with traceable ownership.

02

A CV arrives — and someone still has to type it into the ATS.

Extract and normalize candidate data, check duplicates and prepare the ATS update for review.

03

An email arrives — but the ATS never knows what happened.

Turn relevant inbox events into ATS activity, tasks and next steps without blind auto-writing.

04

We have a talent pool — but finding the right person still feels like starting over.

Make existing candidate data searchable and useful before paying to source the same profile again.

05

Good candidates go quiet because follow-ups depend on someone remembering.

Prepare timely, contextual follow-ups while keeping human approval where it matters.

ATS WORKFLOW RESCUE

Review my workflow

Show us one recruiting workflow that makes your team sigh every day. We map the systems, hand-offs and approval points first — then show what can safely disappear.

ATS WORKFLOW RESCUE

Workflow first. Maybe ATS later.

If several rescue workflows show that your team uses our operating layer more often than the existing ATS, it can gradually become a complete RecruitOps platform.

Migration is a possible last step — not the first.

DEMAND LANGUAGE / REAL-WORLD PROBLEM

Does this sound familiar?

“Why are we still copying candidate data into the ATS by hand?”
“Can we automate CV intake, duplicate checks, matching and follow-up without replacing our ATS?”

WHAT CAUSES THIS?

Why it breaks in production

Candidate data is copied between inboxes, documents and ATS records.

  • CV intake still creates repetitive parsing, normalization and duplicate checks.
  • Email, calendar and sourcing activity does not reliably become structured ATS state.
  • Talent-pool search and follow-up depend on manual memory and fragmented context.

architecture_for ATS WORKFLOW RESCUE

engineering

We map one painful recruiting workflow at a time, keep the ATS as system of record, connect mail, calendar, documents and approved sourcing channels, and verify every consequential write. The first goal is fewer clicks and less double entry, not a platform migration.

security

authority

Candidate data remains permission-bound. Integrations use scoped credentials, explicit write capabilities, auditable actions and approval gates for consequential communication or record changes.

performance

critical

Measure time per candidate, duplicate-entry rate, CV-to-structured-profile latency, follow-up coverage, manual touches and verified ATS state after automation.

  • Replace the ATS before proving which workflows actually need replacement.
  • Let AI write candidate records without duplicate and state checks.
  • Automate outreach without approval, ownership or history.
  • Build a second shadow database that drifts away from the ATS.

  1. Manual touches per candidate before versus after.
  2. Duplicate detection precision and false-merge rate.
  3. Time from CV arrival to verified ATS profile.
  4. Follow-up coverage with human approval where required.
  5. No silent divergence between automation state and ATS source of truth.

CTO / CIO FAQ

faq_title

Do we have to replace Bullhorn, JobAdder or our current ATS?

No. The default is to keep the ATS and rescue the workflows around it. Migration is a possible later step, not the starting assumption.

Can you automate CV intake and duplicate checks?

Yes, when parsing, normalization, identity matching and ATS read-back are treated as a controlled workflow rather than a blind import.

Could this become a complete RecruitOps platform later?

Potentially. If several rescued workflows move into the new operating layer and teams prefer that interface, a broader platform can emerge from proven usage instead of a forced replacement project.
